Track packages for free
As a valued Shopper Approved customer, our partnership with LABL provides you with free package tracking and delivery confirmation. Customers can track their orders to see when they’ll arrive, and you will know as soon as an order has safely been delivered.

See a reviewer’s delivery status
When an initial review shows up in your Shopper Approved dashboard, you can easily see if that customer’s order is pending delivery or has already been delivered. You’ll also be able to see when the follow-up survey is scheduled to be sent. This information will help you to better manage and respond to reviews. The time and date of delivery will be posted once a LABL delivery event has been received.
Send review requests based
on order delivery
When Smart Surveys are enabled, the follow-up survey can be sent based on when the customer’s order is actually delivered. You can choose to send review requests as soon as LABL confirms delivery, or a set number of days after delivery. If, for some reason, delivery notification is never received, you can also customize how many days after order creation you’d like to wait before sending the survey.
