Answer: According to the Google Guidelines: “Reviews may be flagged and will be removed only if the content contains hateful, violent, or inappropriate content, advertising or spam, is off-topic, or contains conflicts of interest.” Reviews can however be removed or updated/modified by the reviewer. So, after responding to a negative review and solving the customer's concern, the reviewer may remove or modify their review.
